Still something fishy going on at ISRO.
GSLV F10/GISAT-1 apparently was meant to launch in 2019 also, then slipped to January, then to second week of February, then to 28th February, now 5th March. they received payload on 24th December.
For the 13 launches they claimed by March (end?), they'll be lucky to get one. Kleos should get this ride for free.
