I would consider, if managing, to think about not trying to sell Nifty with its high grade potential, and the exploration leases in such a hot area together. Rather as two packages. Nifty with local area, all kit, etc, one, and the full set of leases there including Maroochydore, two. Or maybe Maroochydore could be packaged with Nifty. Think Rio and Fortescue more interested in the exploration leases, given the recent large finds in this broader area. It could trigger a bidding battle for the leases, so the two separate might get a much better price than the whole as one. Doubt either Rio or Fortescue interested ion a second tier asset like Nifty, while those who may be, like Sandfire or etc, don't want to pay a big premium for the leases which are really secondary to them, bidding against the majors. It might be worth asking the interested parties who have been in to look at the information what they think about this.
