Well, what about the companies that have been shorted into onlivian, or forced into massive dillution to raise capitol.

The shorting exacerbation of a bad situation to into a very ugly sentiment, effects not only the shorted stocks, but the entire sector and market.

Great for the big end to play games, but what about the little end, who get forced into corners with margin calls and need to sell. But that's what the plan is, to continue the trend down at the expense of the retail holders.

I'm all for transparency.

Ban naked shorts 100%, forever.

And full disclosure of covered shorts would be OK IMO.

Example, PDN is a great trading stock, cause it waves up and down with shorts and longs.

It's this behind the curtains stuff that drives fear that really annoys me.
