The company,given this seasons exploration spend,must be extremely confident in being able to raise funds in the near future,otherwise such an appointment doe's not make sense.A junior exploration company could not afford it. This leads me to speculate that the results from the two Diamond Drill holes,which are due,may in fact be Company makers.A Trading Halt may provide better clarity on this matter.
