The extra liquidity Turnbull wants is only for the benefit of his big business mates. It is outside the usual checks and balances the Reserve Bank applies.
I don't think Rudd has anything to fear from Turnbull lol quite the reverse in fact. Only die-hard Liberals clutching at the staws could believe that. I do think Turnbull has some talent but I don't think he is suited to politics and together with his talentless team will crash and burn all of his own accord.
