Generally in theory and if your in the know they buy as many oppies at .001 knowing that they will for a fee extend the option term for a further 12 months. They then pump the head and if they can get it to 13,14 maybe 15 cents then there oppies go to maybe .03 or .04 making them 10 maybe 200% in a very short time. If its the case you will see all the .001 cents for sale getting taken up this arfo. For a gamble worth to climb on board.
