    Couldn't call a bottom yet a I don't know enough about her, but she is definitely acting as if she is distressed and it appears to be gaining mommentum. However, if everything remains equal and their is no hidden negatives, she looks a medium term steal at 29. Could her credit rating be downgraded? Looks a takeover target. Should of bounced a little today. The only other one that is weak today is BWP and maybe IOF.
