Excellent question Smilez. No one would pay $85m for this. I'm assuming OBJ are hoping their shareprice will be much higher in the future so the equity component won't feel so bad. I see this deal as a means to get Reduit, Bodyguard etc moving quicker. OBJ probably know 85m is too much for NS but are happy as Danny is prepared to take future equity in OBJ (here's hoping at a much higher shareprice)
