Silly question maybe but....

I thought share price manipulation was illegal. If this is right, how come nobody [seems] to have made a complaint to the ASX? I downloaded the form today and see they want specific information so I wonder if their own trading records would fulfill this requirement? Obviously this practice has been going on with APG shares for some time but I don't have that specific info.

Am I the only one seriously annoyed about this or am I just being naive?
