You are definitely a glass half full person... lol.
I, on the other hand, just see a really expensive fund with crap performance across all metrics.
Given the last shareholder conference, and the anger shown, I wouldn't be surprised to see a push to wrap this LIC up...
The tolerance for low performing, high fee, closed funds is diminishing.
