Are you suggesting the ARV shareholders can do nothing at all ??? What do you suggest the oppressed minority do to seek damages???

There is always a way, but only if there is a will. Do you have the will RAF? after all you seem to profess to be part of the minority.
You know I do not totally disagree with you sentiments. It's obvious that JIM 10 does not have the will, he /she complains a lot, JIM must have had his/her toes trodden upon, or worse, by the mystery, no Oz based, commanders of the company.

None of you will ever know when a, totally out of left field, action may be mounted. Hot Copper is certainly not the place to advertise any such actions.

Interesting days ahead, I feel that I have been dudded by this company and I hate being dudded, I am sure may feel the same way.

By the way Cab Merlot, I know a few drillers in the area that would have entertained drilling for equity scenarios, one is already drilling the Paterson at large, whether they would now entertain ARV is another matter. I will ask the question when I am ready and in the right circumstances.

So who is telling the truth in these posts?? Is it me, you, Jim10 , gold pirate, Alexander J, Startek, Mugpunter, JC, or anyone else that posts more than once a week .. who the bloody hell knows!! All I know is that something is wrong with the ARV governance picture from my perspective.

Enough hot Sh!t has been hitting the fans over last year with this stock and it is certainly sticking around, the smell is profound. A good cleanout with the largest of firehouses is a necessity, ASAP.
