Yes...It looks bad.....Have been waiting for the "mandatory profit warning".....Here it is.
Will not react negatively till we see the financial report & scrutinize their cash flow & working capital.
Recording a loss even if it is repeated is not a hallmark of a bad business or bad management.
This one could partly be related to timing of revenue recognition....Large depreciation .....or expensing large R&D expense which artificially depress net income but not detrimental to the business financial health.
Unfortunately the market will react negatively & "slam it to where it was" at 0.08 or even lower.
Will be able to say something sensible after the HY report.
