I depends on the amount being disputed! The larger the amount considered the claim, the bigger chance of having top rated lawyers lining up to offer services.
The Swedish govt has been quite for a good reason; they have to make a counter offer, or be very careful about their response.
Swedish tax payers pay high taxes, but expect to see government spending for free health care and social welfare benefits and would take notice if there is not a good effort to resolve the AEE claim.
