anti competitive?
Is Telstra to blame for the stupid pricing of smaller ISPs and Telcos?
Just looking at Swiftel vs TLS on ADSL
TLS 1500/256/2GB - $109.95
with 15c per MB over allowance
SWT 1500/256/8GB - $89.00
with .5c per MB over allowance
Thats $30 cheaper with 4 times as much downloads
Thats 30 times cheaper on MB over allowance
Is that kind of stupidity really necessary to be competitive vs TLS?
No wonder SWT subscriber numbers have shot up...they are pricing themselves into oblivion. Telstra is not to blame for their lack of margins, its the fools that set their pricing.
