Looks like this is only confirmation of what we were advised in the Dec quarterly, not really
a 'true' ANN. You could interpret that this occured in Dec or earlier as it was advised as a hilite
in the Dec Quarter. This could get the Hazer BOD into serious trouble and it shows what an
unprofessional lot they are. With the capital raise occuring in Dec keeping this sort of news
unannounced gives those in the know a huge advantage. The sort of stuff that Shine lawyers
thrive on. Hughly embarrassing for HZR and BOD if that happend . IMO
