just coz linco has been rooting since 1988 and have sold "something" to the Singaporean government (could be vegetable oil to a local community hall canteen for all we know)
does not suggest that the Singaporean government will be buying high end disinfectant and distributing it to every citizen to apply hourly for the rest of there lives
these announcements are really thin
