Ha! No excuses will be made from here, and as I recently said to Nick6, I'll be around to celebrate with you and admit error, in the unlikely event that I've made any.

I'm not generally negative, but I do think that CVI is not what the faithful think it is, and with M12 and others I'm a most interested by-stander who was once a CVI investor. I had a lot of shares in it and luckily I cleared out after realising the Global dump was on and then figuring out what was goin on. To me there was only one reason why a "name" would sell out, seemingly below cost (I say seemingly because IMO it really wasn't below cost). That IMO would be because the placement shares were never paid for up front.
