A lot will depend on what happens between now and when the stock is re-listed. From what I can deduce there is an unbinding funding agreement at 2.5 cents. The parties of this original agreement want this 2.5 cents reduced considerably. The directors don't want to go down from the 2.5 cents. Hence the current stalemate. The parties to this original agreement are too invested in the company to let it go down so they are providing a drip feed to ensure survival. If revenues growth continues at 50% quarter on quarter then it is possible (unlikely) the funding at 2.5 cents will eventuate. Without enough funds in the bank a funding agreement of some sort needs to occur before re-listing. Regardless my understanding is that it will relist at the last traded price - 1.1 cents? I suspect it will drift downward as the initial supply side is pushed onto the market - those wanting to cut their losses and take the first opportunity available. Next quarterly results will go a long way to determine overall the sentiment and the long term direction on the demand side. Revenue is coming off a pretty low base so a history of strong revenue growth is require post re-listing to see sentiment start to push the price up.
