Random and legit question. How do they prevent news and general insider information from going public, given the fact that if a patient is cured by a drug, they are going to be telling all their friends and the like about a new wonder drug that saved their life. I can only assume they are bound by strict conditions to prevent that getting out before the data is released to market. Either that or the doctors don’t tell the patient. Id be interested to learn the answer to this from anyone who knows it.
