So RIO are playing out an interesting game....they are not looking to chase the price (yet imho), but are merely soaking up whatever becomes available at current levels. Once the 'impatient' EXT holders finally dry up, RIO will have no choice but to move their bids higher, and that's when the fun will start.
From the impatient to the patient......the rewards will be worth the wait!
