PNC never traded again until a deal was reached to sell the company, not sure you'll have a chance to sell until all facts are known and company is recapitalised or sold. PNC kept getting standstill agreements (which is basically an agreement to prevent bankruptcy while you sort out money for the bankers) from the lenders and it was suspended during this time. CLH has similar high gearing as PNC and the recent departure of the CEO is a big red flag.
