IMO it is pathetic when investors say (general public saying is okay) a coy has no debt especially when the revenue generated is insignificant.
IMO, a coy having debt and generating significant revenue as ROI is a better option than a coy having no debt and generating insignificant revenue.
A coy having no debt and making no or insignificant revenue owes money to SH's which in turn means they are liable at least in ethical and moral terms.
