And another way to look at it is those two former debt holders just gave themselves an exit strategy where they had less ways to exit previously.
No different to say Lind with CNs or the traders who buy at 0.1c to sell into 0.2 and 0.3 spikes.
If you were those debt holders would you like that extra freedom noting cash at bank to upgrade BM and roll out some positive releases, or stay a debt holder? Was their debt secured?
