Quite the opposite actually, like I said I am thinking of buying a decent holding (a few mill) and have been monitoring RAP for over 6 months.
Will see why the sudden CR given most on here were expecting some big fundamental Ann before any CR because from what I can summise any potential revenue stream will be put off for quite some time which for me may be a blessing.
