benny, I like props as an investment...dont know that I boast....just see the positive side..........the last post was just more proof about the ridiculousness of the question put to us....and the constant howling why we did not answer... as I continue to state...a group of us like to discuss our mutual interest in property as an investment class...we discuss various aspects of it.... because it is a public forum. you then have posters who disagree with your views.....so what ??? I am not here for arguments....but good debates and to exchange information....
