Having an educated guess, i would surmise that the new Directors with a very clear strategy for commercialising Wheezo and delivering outcomes are buying shares from the previous management & Directors who had no clear strategy or idea as to how to commercialise Wheezo or deliver outcomes. A transfer from the unworthy to the worthy....!
