Same here, I saw a ufo for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Like you described a big white ball light moving slowly sideways, 5 seconds later it changed directions, picked up speed, got smaller, then disapeared into the distance. Within 2 seconds it was gone. Cloudless night also. Can't explain it was just shocked.
