The capital raise shares have already been traded to some degree. Not all of them obviously, but a fair amount if you look at turnover. I know what your going to say, they don’t own them, true, but they can sell existing holdings before the new comes come onboard. Bit like opinions, sell the heads to pay for the exercise of opinions. Happens quite regularly. My opinion....
