    Which bit? That:
    a) It must be a Fortitude chap?
    b) It's not a Fortitude chap but a Fortitude non CVI board chap?
    c) It must be a board director related entity?
    d) Or an arms-length vehicle/fund?
    e) With the same (or nearby?) address?
