    Not an expert on accounting, but I read the response to Q1 as:

    These two inflows ($1.8M & $2.1M) less estimated cash outflows … will increase cash between $2.6M & $2.9M before capital raising costs …

    In other words:

    $1.8M + $2.1M = $3.9M (receivables)

    Less somewhere between $1M to $1.3M (outgoings) leaves between $2.9M and $2.6M net cash inflow.
