Per section 9 of the last Quarterly 4C, and noted by the ASX in its original letter, the outgoings are expected to be US$2.9m (approx), not sure where you got US$1-1.3m?
The US$1.8m-$2.1m in receipts is a 'range', based on past quarters, so it's taken as 'one' of the two relevant inflows. The other inflow is the capital raise, US$3.7m. Combined, that's (approx) US$5.5-5.8m. Subtract the US$2.9m in outgoings, and we have US$2.6m-$2.9m net cash inflow. Precisely what the company has noted as an estimate.
