They may have gone off and raised some $, remember the last time we had a trading halt with 'significant ann. pending' ($22m or whatever at $1.30/share)
Now would be a good time considering the low SP and upcoming expenses to move the project forward, suggests maybe they'll need the (more expensive) ion plant compared to the piping option
