700 billion does not seem a lot of money for a developed country with .3 billion people like the USA.
Its only around $2000 per capita in debt, if it insures stability should be ok.
What it will do is put inflationalry pressure on the dollar which should cause interest rates to go up and make the dollar stronger from overseas investers wanting a cut of that interest.
But i will stick to investing in junior Australian gold miners as somehow my theory seems wrong as debt seems to accumulate not get paid back in the USA:)
