The issue becomes that the ASX. by not allowing ISX out of suspension that they may be seen to be disadvantaging a competitor - which is not allowed under our competition laws.
So then the next question becomes how can ASX be allowed to oversee the market in which ISX operates given they are a competitor?
NSXA is purely a vehicle in this power play...
