Accounting Definition:
Current asset or Liability is an asset or liability that can be sold or is payable within 12 months.
Non-current asset or liability is an asset or liability that can only be sold or is payable in longer than 12 months.
But you can sell property realy quick, however it's still a non-current asset.
Current assets are usually cash, fixed interest and marketable securities.
