I completely agree with your comments. I also agree with JaD that contacting the company directly might get a better result than using HC as a defacto communication tool. Someone on this forum says he has a direct line to the company secretary. If you had time to write directly to TTT I would be happy to give you my real name privately if that helps put more weight to your request for answers on behalf of all SH on this forum.
