I dont think this is the end of the saga...watch bhp and rio pressure swann...they didnt get so big by giving up.
Can they safely allow 3rd party access without reducing their ore output ? The government has money to lose aswell. Would be great if they could have an external consultant to actually check if the railway lines are actually fully utilized. If this ends up coming into fruition will be great news for umc with access so close.
I wouldnt like to own infrastructure that i paid for being used by a third party without proper compensation or finding it hampers my movement of commodities. Strange times indeed.
