I was excited by lilac to begin with, but they are all tip and no iceberg, been around for years now and havent imo achieved much more than a teaspoon here or there.

Alternate approaches can work as we know with Livent,

In the early days I think Livent could charge folks for what they were doing but i think companies have gotten a bit smarter and said"you guys can have some brine but we aint paying you as we dont quiet buy what you are selling"

For our product the high grade nature and low impurity nature of the brine means imo the traditional approach is the way to go. Unless a new tech is proven at scale, I favour what works. Does anyone else have a view on this?
