Where to now for long term investors of Telstra, page-8308

Hey Ash, I have not included the corona virus in any of my trading decisions.There is some precedent for such an out break to increase app and service usage.I just feel so far it appears if u r relatively healthy u end up walking out of a hospital.I think the people in wuhan generally may not b the healthiest and imo only their health services would not b good enough to deal with the virus.So i just feel a couple more months and the corona virus will b off the front page ?.Thats just my opinion.

GR,absolutely tls has the best network considering the spectrum limitations.It would have to be the go to telco for domestic and global technology partners (taking into account vodafones and singtels global connections).Also Tls has the 35 major cities linked to their 3.6ghz very attractive for business in those areas..
But its still not the so called' game changer' technology or industrial revolution technology.That will require 26ghz which tls can only tender for end of 2021.So the real kicker in 5g imo only will not happen till tls gets what it requires in 26ghz imo only,ie hopefully end of 2021..And even then i'm not sure if the initial release of the 26ghz will b restricted in its usage ie indoors only.
I hope u r correct re the capability of tls's current network as 35 city 3.6ghz is completed but i tend to feel tls will trade between 3.50 and 4 until management makes clear the ebitda/underlying profit trend. just my opinion.
