SLR Deflector 1% royalty to GUL

Deflector’s recent results more than indicate that a 1% royalty is worth 10 million to GUL every 1 billion of generated revenue. With this in mind, surely SLR would be worthwhile taking over GUL for even $15,000,000 which is 10 cents per share. In light of the recent share price rise, this makes good business sense. Nevertheless, there will be plenty of significant shareholders in GUL like myself who would vote against a takeover at 10 cents per share. Things are looking extremely bright here with this diversified property, gold, copper and coal play. Plenty of cash coming in as well.
