    Was there a favourable high court announcement on sharing rail lines??
    If so FMS should be at least 15 cents.
    Why hold ithe share price back!
    If the options expire worthless, which it appears they will... it will
    make it easier for the board to issue more options next time round.
    Sorry about the 6-8 week delay with the first drill rig.
    Sorry about the timing and landing everyone right in the middle of
    a world financial crisis.
