Why would that stop the Board communicating with shareholders if current value did not reflect fair value and communications had the potential to boost current value, even in this depressed market?
What am I missing?
One would hope that all manner of defensive strategies would be being wheeled out????
All happening too easily IMO, unless this was always the game plan.
Where there's a will there's a way. Not seeing the "will" bit. Others will disagree I'm sure.
