    Because of all the IO juniors BHP/RIO rail only goes directly through tenements of BRM and AGO. BRM stands to gain the most by faaaar as it is much further from coast/port than AGO which can truck the stuff if need be.
    Other IO juniors have no rail as close and they will need to build spurs of varying lengths. Some are many many miles away and are in danger of dissappearing completely.
