The size of FAR (less than 20 people) is such that no single person is running this show. They are essentially all professionals with many years experience. If you want to change the decision making responsibility you will need to replace all. Hence to satisfy many posters here, FAR will need to be taken over and integrated into another company. Then you really will get complaints from a lot of people having lost real money.
The shitty SP as it is for whatever reason will eventually translate into proper money. Three years to first oil. It will not be 3cps then.
I am one of the earlier models here, but I currently feel well enough to see it out.
