They move the price to where they like within reason buy buying their own shares up or selling them to themselves downwards.... also using sentiment and depth. So they move the price and drag people with them as good sheep herders do... Seriously though most people, including myself, would have a very hard time putting a fair price on CVI or any share for that sake atm !

This way it doesn't take many shares to lower the price or get it back up again. Not wanting to be rude, but I thought it was quite obviously being manipulated ... Hopefully not to continue as much with our expected refinery share holders.

For me knowing when to buy or sell is hard enough with all this manipulation and market sentiment so I just hold and buy when I think it's stupidly low. Watching daily not to trade but rather get a feel for what's going on.
