Can't be the CEO directly , as he has to declare any sales , but he is certainly taking advantage of this.
Looks like a classic CN play , push the SP down , pick up 10M shares at 8c , wait until positive announcement , sell into ...rinse and repeat.
GMV is the perfect candidate for this sort of play , it has no love in the market place so easily manipulated , poor communications , time line delays , small volume move price ..etc, etc.
If buyers think this will be a turnaround story .. buying at these prices seems a no brainer but averaging down can be a very dangerous thing to do, see MYX as an example.
