encore I share some of your concerns about the business model but you're wrong about VoIP. It commands a majority of businesses in the US and Europe is catching up. Australians aren't usually scared of new technology - which is why I think the business model has been very ordinary and the VoIP industry as a whole has failed in its marketing strategy. I have family in Europe who ring me almost daily using VoIP and they pay local call costs so what's not to like. I think you are very astute with your assessment about sev driving down the sp for a full takeover.
