    I'm thinking it might be the only way for the company to get the money it needs. Specs like this usually have billions of shares on issue. This doesn't. Imagine a $50million cap raise. Dilute by 50% but company gets enough funding to keep operating and finishing of the plant. Just a guess, but you never know
