Solamind lost 40m odd SLA shares to ANZ through the Opes collapse. At March 27 prices (89c), that equates to about $36m. ANZ then went and sold them all at-market for 25-30c over a 2 month period (Jul-Aug).
Has a compo deal now been struck? Consent Orders imply a mutual agreement of some type might be in the offing. Not sure.
