It was great that Simon took the time to speak with holders one on one.

I cannot share in much of the conversation that he and I shared in great detail, but what I will say is that I have been told post that I was the worst conversation he had. I hung up on him, but it wasn't his fault as such, it was that I was focussed on pushing the point for every share holder that is hurting and I honestly wasn't in the right frame of mind.

This isn't me talking about me saying how great it is that I hung up on him, it is about me saying how decent he was in the entire conversation we had. - He knew he was up for challenging conversations today, just perhaps not so much from me.

Simon is a good guy, I can say that hand on heart. He was decent in the conversation we had despite the lack of ability for me to offer the same in return.

I have discussed further with the company post. They contacted me to make sure I was ok. That's the decency of the company that I know.

I will say that post Simon and particularly Phoebe the company has adjusted how they are interacting with share holders. Obviously right?

There are a number of other things I have learnt today, but overall, I think we have seen the company under the direction of Simon and Phoebe turn over a new leaf, by letting investors know that the CEO has his door open to those that genuinely deserve his time.

The glowing star in all of this is Phoebe, because it was her that made this happen. Not me. Today was her day, and I look forward to what else she makes happen.
